So I know, I know, we haven't posted much of anything lately. Anyway, I'm procrastinating again (though who knows why, since all of my work is FGSS and Unlocked related). I found this awesome 7 minute erotic video called 'Handcuffs' by Erica Lust. The synopsis is as follows:
"A woman is having a boring date in a bar. Surprisingly, a couple enters in the bar, and she has her hands tied with handcuffs. "
You can download it for yourself at:

Definitely watch it. It's very subtle and very hot.

Xmech's talk at Kink for All
So none of us has gotten around to posting about our kink-related adventures the past two weekends (Kink for All, Fetish Fair Flea) yet. We promise we'll get stuff up soon. In the meantime, here's a video of Xmech's talk on 'Gender Identity, Transitioning, and Navigating Systems,' at Kink for All Providence (unconference on all things kink at Brown University).

Hello Wes!
Once, three (or two, or five, or four) Wesleyan University students got together and formed an underground kink club. It was primarily a group of close friends meeting twice a month to discuss various forms of SM play, and perhaps learn new techniques from each other. There was no sex, but plenty of consent, and everyone was happy.
The group fell apart after some of these founding members graduated, but in the Fall of 09, two bright-eyed sophomores decided to bring this student group back.
The first general interest meeting happened last Saturday, the 30th of January. It went horribly (although Lia has a more positive interpretation of events.) Many, many people showed up, and we had absolutely no plan of how to proceed, or any idea of what to say. We forgot to set a regular meeting time, or pass around an email list.
But we are optimistic about the entire affair, and have many, many plans for vitalizing the kink scene on campus! (Consensual plans, of course.)
Including, clearly, this blog. Since their surge in popularity, blogs have been a means for kinkily inclined people to connect from all over. By posting everything from personal experiences and sex tips to musings about theory and politics, we're hoping to spark discussions that will help to create a sense of community that extends far beyond our weekly Saturday meetings.
Also, we're kind of super narcissistic creatures.
Anyone who is interested in becoming an active participant and writer of this blog should definitely feel more than welcome to contact us! You don't have to write only about kink, or your sex life; we certainly aren't. (Especially as some of us do not get laid. Ever.) We only ask for thoughtful and/or entertaining writing related to any and all aspects of sexuality.
(You will be required to attend WesKink meetings though.)
(Well, no. But it would be really awesome if you did!)
We do not claim to represent the kink community at Wesleyan, nor do we even claim to represent the entirety of WesKink. We are merely us, and these are merely our ramblings, and we hope you enjoy reading our words.
